We process personal data in compliance with applicable United States data privacy regulations and, because a substantial part of our audience is European, with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our legal bases are the performance of a contract (orders and bookings), our legitimate interest in operating the portal, and your consent where required.

Booking: your name, email address, phone number (when provided), your timezone and the date and time you select.

Checkout: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number where required by the carrier, and the contents of your order.

Portal use: your chosen language, and any comment you publish in the Journal.

Payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure hosted checkout and are processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers on our servers.

We share personal data only with the processors needed to complete your transaction: Stripe (payment processing) and our print-on-demand fulfilment partners Yoycol and InterestPrint (production and shipping of physical goods).

Fulfilment partners receive only the SKU and the shipping details required to deliver your parcel. We never sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Order and booking records are retained as long as required for accounting, tax and warranty obligations. Anything not legally required is deleted on request.

You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
