This portal is operated by Free Fashion Spirit LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US.

By placing an order or booking a session you enter into an agreement with Free Fashion Spirit LLC. Official contact: janewitch@freefashionspirit.com.

For international sales these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

For consumer transactions concluded in the Czech Republic and the wider European Union, mandatory local consumer protection rules and standard European digital service guidelines continue to apply and are never limited by these Terms.

The Sacred Shop offers physical goods only: Apparel Infused with Nature's Power and Home Textiles Infused with Natural Energy.

All items are produced on demand and fulfilled globally by our print-on-demand partners Yoycol and InterestPrint. Orders are transmitted to these partners through automated webhooks immediately after successful payment, together with the SKU and the shipping details you provide.

Production usually takes 3–7 business days before dispatch; delivery times depend on destination. Faulty or misprinted items are replaced free of charge when reported with photographs within 14 days of delivery.

Online consultations include tarot and psychic readings, Reiki and energy healing, and dog psychology sessions.

All consultations take place online via Zoom or Google Meet. A link is sent to the email address given at booking.

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved time. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If the practitioner cancels, you receive a full refund or a new date at your choice.

Consultations are complementary practices for reflection and wellbeing. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal or veterinary care.

Transactions are processed securely by Stripe in USD or CZK, depending on the language and currency you select in the portal.

The price confirmed at checkout is the final price. Any local import duties or taxes on physical goods are the responsibility of the recipient.

All songs, lyrics, artwork, written essays and designs published on this portal remain the property of their author. Music is offered for free streaming only and may not be redistributed or resold.
